Would totally recommend Leeds Accommodation Bureau to anyone looking to rent a property in Leeds. I emailed inquiring about an advertised property and got a callback very promptly offering us a viewing the following day. They even sent me two text message reminders about the time and location of the viewing beforehand. The man who showed us around was very personable, putting myself and my partner at ease and answering any questions we had. We loved the flat and called the office immediately to secure it. Gabby was extremely helpful over the phone and sent all the information through by email within an hour. When it came to signing for the flat, she had prepared a thorough file of all the paperwork which helped my partner and I feel that our tenancy was being carefully looked after. Since then, Gabby has been very quick to respond to any other emails and calls, and I am confident that if any issues were to arise, the team would be quick to help us resolve them.
